The service was extraordinary! Shahzad and Kawsar truly committed to ensuring an enjoyable stay, while the studio was well-equipped for my needs.

The noise levels were distracting! Plus, the hard beds made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a

short walk from the Mall of the Emirates, which made shopping a breeze. The staff, especially the front desk members, were exceptionally helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the swimming pool could use more seating for peak hours.

Asking for a high price to extend my stay was ridiculous!!! Only provided one towel for two guests!!! The fridge had water buildup due to a broken seal!!! Cracks in the walls and outdated furniture were disappointing!!!

My stay at Tulip Al Barsha was delightful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Shahzad and Kawsar, who ensured all my needs were met. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the location was just perfect, with easy access to the Mall of the Emirates and nearby metro stations.

The room was large and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any queries. Additionally, the location was superb, being just steps away from the Mall of Emirates, which made shopping very convenient.

The shower pressure could definitely be improved.

The Studio Premium Apartment was super spacious and felt like home with the well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, and it was awesome being so close to the Mall of the Emirates. The staff really stood out. they were helpful and professional, especially during breakfast. But, the shower pressure could have been better, and I would’ve liked more towels, considering we were two people. Overall, comfy and pretty convenient!

the bathroom lights could use brighter bulbs. the location is super convenient, just minutes away from a major mall. the cleaning by hasnat was top-notch, ensuring everything was spotless. staff was incredibly friendly, making the stay even better! !
